After a two-year hiatus, the Fabry Fear Fair is back and bigger than ever.
Lindy and Dean Fabry will open their home for the fifth time this Halloween during Reedsburg’s trick-or-treat hours, 4 to 7 p.m. Admission to the event, 346 N. Walnut St., is free. Popcorn will also be free.
Donald and Bertha Elwood of Reedsburg will celebrate their 75th wedding anniversary on Nov. 2. Don and the former Bertha Ihde were married on Nov. 2, 1945 at the United Methodist Church in Reedsburg.
Reedsburg Public Library staff is excited to host a number of new programs over the next few weeks. These include a virtual DINOvember series for kids, an online Hogwarts Whodunit for teens, and an in-library Women’s Suffrage museum panel exhibit.
Longtime teller Sandi Knuth has retired from Associated Bank after 43 years. She started with Farmers & Merchants Bank under the leadership of Bob, Gary and Laurie Fusch. The bank was eventually sold to Associated, where Knuth remained. She said it’s been rewarding to serve so many people, and she will miss the camaraderie.

Cazenovia Area Ambulance and Hillpoint First Responders donated an AED to the Weston School District on Sept. 25. Donations for the AED came from many families and residents.
