RAMC Board of Directors purchases certificates for employees

The Reedsburg Area Medical Center Board of Directors recently donated Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce checks to every RAMC employee as a way of saying “thank you.” The checks can be used like gift certificates at local businesses.

Masons won’t hold dinner this Thanksgiving

The pandemic has claimed another event this year.

The Reedsburg Masonic Lodge announced it will not hold its usual Thanksgiving dinner this year on Nov. 26. The group said it wants to help protect seniors from the virus.

Broughton completes 1,000 Books before Kindergarten

A major fundraiser scheduled for next year has already been affected by the pandemic.

Reedsburg Area United Fund announced that its annual Radio Auction, which is held every January, has been postponed.

Living Windows, Cookie Walk cancelled

Reedsburg’s holiday celebrations will be a bit sparse this year.

Distinctly Downtown Reedsburg’s Cookie Walk and Living Windows were cancelled due to COVID-19.

During the Cookie Walk, participants normally purchase a box and go from business to business to collect homemade Christmas cookies.
