President Putin is a war criminal, land-grabbing, mass murderer of Ukrainian civilians. The Russians, who “elected” him and support him, are complicit in his crimes against humanity. The Chinese, North Koreans, Iranians, Indians, and others in the Russian war cabal are also complicit in Putin’s war crimes.
