Unclaimed property auction runs through Nov. 30

The Wisconsin Department of Revenue is running its unclaimed property auction.

It began Nov. 16 and will continue through Nov. 30.

Auction items include currency, stamps, jewelry and other assorted items. These objects came from safe deposit boxes that went unclaimed. The State waits for a set amount of time and then, if no one comes forward, the State sells the items in auction.
