Julie A. Rizzio, age 62, of Reedsburg, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, following a courageous seven-year battle with cancer. She was born on August 21, 1962, in Kenosha, WI, the daughter of Larry and Karen Young. Julie was a member of the Salem Central High School class of 1980.

LaVonne J. Koenecke, age 94, of Reedsburg, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 4, 2024, at the Sauk County Health Care Center. She was born on September 12, 1929, in Baraboo, WI, the daughter of Schuyler and Treva (Lange) Getschman. LaVonne was a graduate of Baraboo High School.

Julie Berlene Thompson Johnson was born on August 8, 1957, to Charles and Dianne Thompson in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. On September 5, 2024, surrounded by family, Julie passed away peacefully at her home in Reedsburg, Wisconsin after a hard-fought battle with cancer.

Dean Burmester was born on March 18, 1946 to Herbert and Anita (Krueger) Burmester. After what seemed like a life time of illnesses that he continually overcame, he passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, August 21, 2024 at the age of 78. He was baptized at St.

Genevie Marie Kaun of Reedsburg passed into eternal rest August 23, 2024 at the age of 95. Jenny was born on August 31, 1928 in Plain, WI to Frank and Bertha Nachreiner. Jenny was united in marriage to William D. Kaun Jr. September 26, 1956.

Virginia J. Kalb, age 81, of LaValle, WI, passed away on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at the Reedsburg Area Senior Life Center. She was born on the family farm at Mt. Hope, Grant Co., WI. She moved to Fennimore with her mother and father at eight years old. Her dad built a 24-hour truck stop in 1957. Ginny was 15 when she got her first job.
